"Customers in England may be asked to check in when they arrive at pubs and restaurants as part of the the government’s plan for reopening the hospitality sector."
Same Maybe applicable for visiting parlours 🤔

Looking at the way track n trace seems to be working. Reckon this idea would be another non starter. By Tuesday I think we should know more as the 4th July is less than 2 weeks away. Places need to know in advance to make the necessary final preparations before reopening.

It could work if there was someone taking your name and mobile number as you entered the pub.
They should also record the time you leave so that it is known whether you were on the premises at the same time as an infected person.

Pubs and socially distancing surely not going to work is it. I mean, once someone's w**kered, not going to be fussed about keeping away from anyone else are they?

It cant be a coincidence that infections have increased since they opened the pubs three weeks ago. The R rate in Yorkshire and the Humber is now back up to 1.

Some statistics are higher some are lower depending on where the information is coming from.
I don't think anybody has a true figure.

@Millerman yeah, I don't think that anyone has proper stats on this really. What about all the folk in nursing homes that were'nt taken into account before.

6 players and 2 members of coaching staff at Hull FC have tested positive for covid-19. That will boost Hull's figures, might get it on Boris’s hit list.
