As Royal said we seem to have some progress im on windows 10 laptop I now have a bar running from left to middle of screen at the right side of the bar I have a triangle just to the left of it I have an icon which when I click on gives me a minimized chat pop up at the left of the bar.The triangle when I hover over it says you must login or register to use chat (Iam logged in)

Also clicking on the triangle icon I get windows settings pop up HAF wants to send you notifications turn on in settings in settings on windows cant change anything.I can change other settings on other sections picture sound etc but nothing on notifications don't know if this is relevant hope it helps.

That pop up if it's the same as the one I'm thinking of Marko asking to allow notifications is the same for everyone. It asks you each time to allow notifications which I think came in a while back with GDPR as I get that from e-mail too. You are just giving permission each time you log in for notifications to be sent to you, be that notification of message etc.

For Edge
Open Edge browser.
Click on the 3-dotted 'More' link to open its Settings.
Scroll down and click on View Advanced Settings.
Again scroll down till you see the setting for Cookies.
When here, from the 3 options, select one.

I have tried the Arrowchat forums and their is nothing i can find
that relates to this problem, i still think it is related to cookie settings,
You can also try logging in to the forum, then delete all board cookies,
Bottom right of forum, Log out clear your browser history, then log back in to forum.
