1st post only 3 words long. Absolutely pointless and it doesn't help unless full details of your experience at Passions is given.
Although everyone has to have a 1st post, a lot of these type of posts are done by girls that have been sacked or others with some sort of axe to grind.

Have moved the first post to the hidden vault.
Always have to air on the side of caution when dealing with a first report
especially a negative one as it can be damaging.
Happy to replace it if more detail can be provided and
management have a chance to answer

Just a suggestion but I think it would be an idea to restrict new members from posting reviews until they have a number of posts under their belts. It would maybe stop one off appearances just to take a shot, or vice verca. These one off posts have little credibility and aren't much use to other members.
