I had soup at lunchtime?? but hink im allowed 2000 a day so havent even nearly touched that! i need someone to help me with the weight watching Champ...

I used to go to a slimming club a few years ago, got down to my target weight and stayed a little below it. Unfortunately, i stopped going after a year or so and put more on afterwards as you could tell from my photo.

You'd all be better off with the carb counting. I'm going from what my dad did, he was around 18 stone and under medical supervision he was able to lose 5 stone im around 6 months I think it was. I know it's something I've got to do on top of other stuff...
