Some scenes Filmed in our neck of the woods, ive not seen the new film.
Anyone recommend/comments ?

Funny enough it was two old girls that cracked it was the woman reporter (Catherine Zeta-Jones) who was the spy but captain mainwaring took the credit..

My main interest in the film was the fact that I used to go and watch it being filmed on an evening. Local businesses were hoping to cash in on a mini tourist boom. Never materialised , never thought it would.

It's 50 years old this year, but still better than most of the bilge they churn out nowadays.
