PLEASE!

last night i had a customer message me three times in 45 mins who got peed off that i didnt respond...and rightly so.
Problem is, i have an app on my phone to remind me to check messages every 15minutes...and there WERE NO messages from him.
Then they all came in at once....45mins later.
So PLEASE...if you get no response after 15minutes, will you PLEASE call, even if it's just a drop call, so i know you wish to talk with me???
I am trying to provide a good service but i am not responsible for network/sms failure.
