Not surprising. Too many non-essential shops and businesses are open. Too many people are out and about. Unless people start following the rules we will be in tier 2 (or even 3) on 3rd December.

I find these passive aggressive profiles which emphasise the don'ts rather than the do's, often combined with threats to block etc, a real turn-off. They give the impression that the girl doesn't really want to see you and you just know you wouldn't have a good time.
